Wide-Area Detection (1280×1024)
The SightSensor 12 Series brings megapixel 1280×1024 thermal detection to large, open sites. When the objective is protecting a wide area — a buffer zone, a yard, or the open ground inside a perimeter — the 12 Series covers more ground and maintains AI classification of people and vehicles across the full detection area. The result is wide-area protection with fewer sensors and less supporting infrastructure, lowering overall project costs.
The SightSensor NS12 is a fixed IP thermal camera, available in two models:
- NS1234: 34˚ FOV, detects inbound intruders at 310m (1017 ft); detection width at far end: 190m (623 ft)
- NS1262: 62˚ FOV, detects inbound intruders at 200m (656 ft); detection width at far end: 240m (787 ft)
