Princeton, NJ and Tampa, FL (April 2, 2014) – SightLogix and SureView Systems announce the integration of SightLogix’ outdoor thermal video security system with SureView’s Immix® software platform. With this integration, organizations gain an accurate, automated central station monitoring solution for managing outdoor areas, increasing security effectiveness while driving down costs.
Princeton, NJ (March 21, 2014) – SightLogix, the technology leader for smart thermal camera systems, announces the third generation Thermal SightSensor, which takes the most accurate outdoor security solution to mass market affordability. The new SightSensor solves a fundamental economic challenge for the industry. With four times the processing, at one-third the size, and consuming less than half the power of the prior generation, the new SightSensor avails solar and wireless capabilities that eliminate most of the infrastructure once needed for video security systems.

Threats to electrical utilities cause disruptions in operations and raise safety concerns. SightLogix thermal cameras are being used to protect substations for a major US electric utility against incidents ranging from copper theft to vandalism across multiple sites, while meeting NERC CIP regulations.

SightLogix is solving mission-critical outdoor security challenges for correctional facilities across North America. Accurate security and lowered costs make the SightLogix system an ideal solution for the unique challenges facing correctional organizations.
SightLogix thermal video analytics systems have been chosen by the New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) to protect the Bear Mountain Bridge, Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, Mid-Hudson Bridge, Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge and the Rip Van Winkle Bridge which together serve more than 1 million Hudson River crossings each week.
A SightLogix smart thermal video analytics system has been chosen for deployment at the Jacksonville, Florida Port Authority (JAXPORT) in a project partially funded by a Homeland Security Grant initiative to enhance security at port facilities.
SightLogix was recognized on ABC World News with Diane Sawyer. The story, which aired on Friday, March 2, highlighted that 1,300 perimeter intrusions have occurred at US airports since September 11, 2001 and how airports are deploying technology to combat the potential for security breaches.
The Airport Perimeter Security test program was established to address perimeter security vulnerabilities at aviation facilities. TSA evaluators conducted 900 test scenarios of the SightLogix perimeter security system, determining “every alarm instance was accurately reported.”
Princeton, NJ (January 17, 2012) – An evaluation by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has confirmed 100% video analytics accuracy of the SightLogix SightSensor thermal camera system in the challenging environment typical of many airports.
Orlando, FL (September 20, 2011) – The SightLogix outdoor video system has been deployed to secure the World Trade Center perimeter in New York City. The perimeter security solution, which leverages SightLogix thermal video analytic cameras, is part of an integrated security system designed by engineers from Ducibella, Venter & Santore (DVS) and integrated by Diebold.
“SightLogix was founded to create an effective outdoor video analytic solution after observing video technology limitations at Ground Zero shortly after 9-11,” said John Romanowich, President and CEO, SightLogix. “We are honored to have our vision fulfilled through our selection to secure this key national asset.”
