Our 3-Year Warranty Covers
Hardware
Free repair or replacement of any SightLogix camera, tracker, accessory, or approved spare showing material or workmanship defects within three years of shipment. Coverage requires installation and routine maintenance by a SightLogix integration partner.
Software
Firmware, software and analytics updates are included for the same three-year term, ensuring your system evolves to counter new threats without extra licence fees.
Extended Life-Cycle Care
Need longer protection? We offer tailored plans that stretch coverage to five years—on par with other tier-one camera makers flagship. Ask your account manager for a quote.

2 Gather Details
Have the camera serial number, current firmware, VMS make / version, and a brief fault description ready; these data points are required by our team for rapid approval.
3 Submit a ticket
Support is available M–F, 8 am–5 pm ET, and most tickets receive confirmation within one business day. You can also call us +1 609-951-0008 (Option 2).
Shipping is prepaid to our Princeton, NJ service desk; we repair, refurbish, or replace at our discretion and return freight-paid. Using refurbished sub-assemblies does not reset the original warranty end-date.
