James Hahn
Chairman and Co-FounderJim is active in the company’s strategic pursuits on a full-time basis. He has been instrumental in founding four start-up companies, including Infotron Systems where he served as President and CEO, leading it through an IPO and worldwide growth consisting of five international divisions. He has served on a number of public and private boards.
Mark Steele
Mark led the development, negotiation and sale of NeoStrata to Johnson & Johnson. Mark’s career encompasses leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies and smaller organizations, guiding portfolios that include modest, yet distinguished product lines to the most profitable consumer brands. Among Mark’s talents is an ability to recognize a product’s inherent potential to build value for customers, shareholders, board members, and employees, while expertly navigating good and lean times to drive operational, financial, marketing and cultural excellence.
Jack Tomarchio
Jack is a former Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations under President George W. Bush. In this capacity, Jack was the primary senior official in charge of the intelligence director’s partnership with state and local governments to build a domestic intelligence sharing network. Prior to his presidential appointment, he practiced law with an expertise in national security issues. He currently serves as a colonel in the Army Reserve, assigned to U.S. Special Operations Command. Jack has testified before both houses of Congress on homeland security and intelligence matters and is a frequent commentator, writer and speaker on national security issues.

Babak Shirmohammadi
Vice President of EngineeringBabak has over 20 years of experience in robotics, computer vision and embedded systems. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Baha’i Institute of Higher Education (BIHE), a Master’s Degree in CS from Drexel University, a Master’s Degree in Engineering Robotics and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania. Babak joined SightLogix in 2010 and has been instrumental in the design, development and enhancement of multiple camera systems.
Danny Chin
Vice President, Advanced Development & FounderDanny was Director of Advanced Development at DIVA Systems where he was the chief architect of three generations of video-processing-architectures. Prior to that, Danny was with Sarnoff Corporation for 19 years, where he led many hardware and software development teams engaged in sophisticated video and image processing development. Danny holds 46 patents in video processing.
Charlie Platipodis
Charlie Platipodis, Vice President Sales & MarketingCharlie is a highly respected sales executive with over thirty years of success. Most recently, he served as VP of sales and of national accounts for SecurityLink. Additionally, Charlie served as VP of sales and marketing for GDI. Charlie has also held executive positions with Xerox Learning Systems and Learning International, where he implemented sales, coaching, and management programs, while developing new channels of distribution and strategic alliances.
Ralph DeLorenzo
Vice President Finance & OperationsRalph is a seasoned financial executive with broad-based experience in general management, international manufacturing and distribution, and strategic business planning. Prior to SightLogix, Ralph was corporate controller and treasurer for Fotolia Holdings, playing a strategic role in the company’s profitability, growth, and $800M acquisition by Adobe Systems Inc. Prior to that, Ralph served as CFO for Kinedyne Corporation, M&M Knopf, and Langeveld International.
Eric Heller
Director of MarketingEric brings over thirty years of marketing experience, with specialties that include marketing communications, product positioning, and digital awareness. Prior to joining SightLogix, Eric taught at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and he has held several product marketing leadership roles in the security space.
